Simple rituals for bedtime

The Wind Down
Studies say you should allow your body to wind down for at least 1 hour before going to bed, that includes avoiding heavy meals and exercise. Slowing a busy mind before it hits the pillow will help guarantee a good nights rest. Whether that's running a bath or reading a book, plan your bedtime ritual and learn to love it. For evening bathers, try our Shinrin-Yoku Bath Salts - a blend of Himalayan and Epsom salts made to relieve muscle tension and aid relaxation.
Scent Your Space
We think that having a scent you associate with relaxation, is a really great evening ritual to make a habit of. Beauty Sleep
Do you have a nightly skin or beauty routine? It doesn't have to be a complicated - taking the time to treat your skin is a wonderful self care ritual. Additionally, a mindful physical activity such as Gua Sha, facial massage or doing a face mask can help bring your awareness away from a busy mind and ground busy energy in your body.
Do Not Disturb
As well as the stimulation of light, we really do think it's best to stay away from technology, and scrolling, no matter how tempting. Not that into reading?
