Delivery Information
Our UK deliveries are sent using the DPD delivery service & we use DHL for all EU & International orders. Please note: orders placed after 12pm GMT will be processed the next working day. If you have an issue or delay with your delivery, please contact support@earlofeast.com
Re-delivery
f your parcel needs to be re-delivered more than once due to missed deliveries or an incorrect delivery address, additional shipping charges may apply. If this is necessary, we'll contact you by email before arranging the re-delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Returns Policy
If you change your mind about your purchase please let us know by emailing support@earlofeast.com. We request that the items should be returned to us, unused and within the original packaging within 14 days of purchase (if in-store) or receiving your order (if online) and we will offer you an exchange, credit or a full refund. We require proof of purchase for returns and exchanges.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights, including your right to claim a repair, replacement, refund or other remedies where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet your legal rights. The cost of returning any item is at the Customer's own expense. The only exception to this is if the item is faulty or was sent by us in error.
We recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item is lost.
Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging for resale, which must not be used as the outer packaging for your mailing purposes. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned and exchanged:

Returns must be notified to us in advance via email, with the explanation of the reason for the return. Please do not return goods without contacting us first, as we may be unable to process your return.
You can use our stores as drop-off locations, but please note that next steps will be actioned by our online team upon inspection and all necessary documents e.g. POP. Please note that refunds will not be actioned by our store teams.
If you bought from a stocked brand via our website (non Earl of East), please contact Earl of East so we can process your return - do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
(if applicable)
Damaged Items
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging where possible.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
