You may be contacted regarding additional shipping costs for locations that are currently outside our regular shipping partner's delivery schedule.

Items and surfaces are sterilised frequently and our team have been provided with gloves and trained in the necessary hygiene protocol for this situation.

Delivery Information
All deliveries are sent with our logistics partner Parcel2go are dispatched within 1-2 working days of your order using a 'signed for' service. Where longer delivery times are required you will be informed. 
Orders placed after 2pm GMT will be processed the next working day.

Orders over £50 (Standard Shipping) - Free Shipping
UK - Standard Shipping (3-5 Working Days) - £4.50 
EU - Standard Shipping (3-6 Working Days) - £17
International - Standard Shipping (5-7 working days) - £25

Express Shipping
UK - Express Shipping (1-2 Working Days) - £10

EU - Express Shipping (2-3 Working Days) - £35

Returns Policy
If you change your mind about your purchase please let us know via email.
We request that the items should be returned to us, unused and within the original packaging within 14 days of purchase and we will offer you an exchange or a full refund. This does not affect your usual consumer rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
We recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item is lost. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you. 

Damaged Items
If your item(s) arrive damaged or broken, please email us with photo evidence within 48hrs, our standard Returns Policy is 14 days.

Christmas Returns & Exchanges
We offer extended returns and exchanges on Christmas gifts. All usual terms apply however we will extend the timeframe for items purchase before 15/11 up until 24/12 to the 14th January. 

* Please note unfortunately we cannot accept returns on the following items Food & Deli, Skincare, Beauty, Perfume and Earrings.
