In this role, you will work closely with the Earl of East production team. You’ll ensure the highest level of quality and attention to detail.

Purpose of the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join the production team in our London Fields studio. You will be hand producing Earl of East product and helping with our candle making workshops.

This is a part time role, requiring you to work some evenings and weekends. The chosen candidate will be working alongside a small team of people making EOE product to the highest standard, packed and shipped out to our wholesale stockists. You will ensure that the studio is kept clean, tidy and always looking presentable.

As Studio assistant, you’ll have to:

In this role, you will work closely with the Earl of East production team. You’ll ensure the highest level of quality and attention to detail. You’ll host workshops between Kings Cross, Hackney, Islington and external event locations.

Purpose of the role

We are looking for someone to join our team and take ownership of running workshops. The chosen candidate will be friendly, outgoing and able to deliver an excellent experience for our workshop attendees.

This is a part time role which will require you to work some evenings and majority of weekends. You will be hosting workshops in our Hackney space at the weekend, and various external locations during the week.

As a workshops teacher, you'll have to: 

- have excellent time management skills
- confident speaking in front of groups of people

Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate retail assistant located at our Earl of East Kings Cross space. The successful applicant will be part of a team of energetic individuals who are collectively responsible for representing the Earl of East brand and its values and hit retails targets. This is a part-time position and typically you will be required to work weekends, but flexibility is key.

You will assist in keeping the store environment tidy and presentable.

You will welcome guests into the space and forge dialogues with confidence and knowledge to build customer relationships. 

The successful candidate will be a skilled professional, able to grace this role with passion, attention to detail and joy. 

As Retail Assistant, you'll have to:

- previous experience in retail
- show interest and knowledge of products across categories
- deliver our exceptional approach to customer service and operational excellence consistently
- maintain and present the store

As store manager, you'll be part of the retail team in Kings Cross with focus on leading the team to success.

Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Store Manager located at our Earl of East Kings Cross space. The successful applicant will be responsible for operations within the KX store and also for managing the team to ensure we represent the Earl of East brands and its values and hit retails targets. This is a full-time position and typically you will be required to work Wednesday to Sunday, but flexibility is key. 
  
The Store Manager will ultimately be responsible for leading the team, promote an open dialogue amongst the team, mentor the team to drive sales performance and communicate Earl of East's values and ethos. The successful candidate will be a skilled professional, able to grace this role with passion, attention to detail and joy.

As Store Manager and part of the retail team, you'll have to:

- previous experience in retail
- show interest and knowledge of products across categories
- lead retail team to hit daily/ weekly/ monthly business objectives, maximise results and monitor performance
