In this role, you will work closely with the Earl of East production team. You’ll ensure the highest level of quality and attention to detail.

Purpose of the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join the production team in our London Fields studio. You will be hand producing Earl of East product and helping with our candle making workshops.

This is a full time role, requiring you to work some evenings and weekends. The chosen candidate will be working alongside a small team of people making EOE product to the highest standard, packed and shipped out to our wholesale stockists. You will ensure that the studio is kept clean, tidy and always looking presentable.

As Studio assistant, you’ll have to:

In this role, you will actively seek dialogues with Earl of East customers. You’ll ensure the highest level of service and display and interest and understanding of independent designers and the range of goods we carry and produce.

Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate retail assistant located at our Earl of East Kings Cross space. The successful applicant will be part of a team of energetic individuals who are collectively responsible for representing the Earl of East brand and its values and hit retails targets. This is a part-time position and typically you will be required to work weekends, but flexibility is key.

You will assist in keeping the store environment tidy and presentable.

You will welcome guests into the space and forge dialogues with confidence and knowledge to build customer relationships. 

The successful candidate will be a skilled professional, able to grace this role with passion, attention to detail and joy.

- previous experience in retail

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Store Manager located at one of our Earl of East spaces. The successful applicant will be responsible for operations within the store and also for managing the team to ensure we represent the Earl of East brands and its values and hit retails targets. This is a full-time position.

The Store Manager will ultimately be responsible for leading the team, promote an open dialogue amongst the team, mentor the team to drive sales performance and communicate Earl of East's values and ethos. The successful candidate will be a skilled professional, able to grace this role with passion, attention to detail and joy.

As Store Manager and part of the retail team, you'll have to:

- previous experience in retail

Purpose of the Role 

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate assistant located at our Earl of East Head Office. The successful applicant will be part of a team of energetic individuals, who are collectively responsible for representing the Earl of East brand and its values and hit targets.
This is a full time Monday to Friday, hands on position where you will assist in the operations of the E-Commerce department. You will help to manage, process, and organise inventory in a cost-effective manner to support expected performance and drive growth.
The successful candidate will be a skilled professional, able to grace this role with passion, attention to detail and joy.

As E-Commerce Assistant, you'll have to:

  • Work closely with the E-Commerce and Warehouse team to hit business objectives. This will be measured on a monthly basis in Earl of East catch ups with Management Team.
  • Have a hands-on approach to inventory management and assist in receiving and processing stock in a timely and effective manner.Assist in online merchandising. Experience working with Shopify or similar would be beneficial.
  • Assist in image resizing and optimising creative assets for web.
  • Have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and work effectively and carefully.
  • Possess the capacity to learn about the finest details of our range in order to develop a 360 approach to inventory management, for both physical and online sales channels.
  • Participate in the open flow communication approach and use tools like sheets.
  • Manage work autonomously in-line with agreed schedules, deadlines & targets in mind.
  • Work in a friendly, collaborative manner & communicate effectively.
  • Have commercial acumen.
