12 month maternity cover, located at our Earl of East Head office.

This role would suit a hands-on person that has previous experience in manufacturing or production. Knowledge of working with raw materials and production scheduling would be beneficial. The successful applicant will be part of a team of energetic individuals, who are collectively responsible for representing the Earl of East brand and its values and hit targets.

As Production Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating between different departments to ensure workflow and deadlines are met.

  • Planning and monitoring skills to controlling the production process

  • Managing scheduling and working closely with the production team.

  • Being able to maintain good relationships across all of our suppliers

  • Ensuring Health and Safety procedures, Risk assessments and good manufacturing process (GMP) are kept up-to-date.

  • Overseeing the logistics for outbound wholesale orders and warehouse processes

  • Carrying out regular inventory checks and making sure stock levels are adequate

  • Have excellent organisational, written and presentation skills and attention to detail.

  • An understanding of team leadership and team development

b] Warehouse Operative, London, UK | full time 40 hours / week

In this role, you will work closely with the Earl of East production team. You’ll ensure the highest level of quality and attention to detail.

Purpose of the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join the production team. You will be hand producing Earl of East product and helping with our candle making workshops.

This is a full time role, requiring you to work some evenings and weekends. The chosen candidate will be working alongside a small team of people making EOE product to the highest standard, packed and shipped out to our wholesale stockists. You will ensure that the studio is kept clean, tidy and always looking presentable.

As Warehouse Operative, you’ll have to:

In this role, you will actively seek dialogues with Earl of East customers. You’ll ensure the highest level of service and display and interest and understanding of independent designers and the range of goods we carry and produce.

Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate retail assistant located at our Earl of East Kings Cross space. The successful applicant will be part of a team of energetic individuals who are collectively responsible for representing the Earl of East brand and its values and hit retails targets. This is a part-time position and typically you will be required to work weekends, but flexibility is key.

You will assist in keeping the store environment tidy and presentable.

You will welcome guests into the space and forge dialogues with confidence and knowledge to build customer relationships. 

The successful candidate will be a skilled professional, able to grace this role with passion, attention to detail and joy. 

As Retail Assistant, you'll have to:

  • have had previous experience in retail
  • show interest and knowledge of products across categories
  • deliver our exceptional approach to customer service and operational excellence consistently

As store manager, you'll be part of the retail team with focus on leading the team to success.

Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Store Manager located at one of our Earl of East spaces. The successful applicant will be responsible for operations within the store and also for managing the team to ensure we represent the Earl of East brands and its values and hit retails targets. This is a full-time position.

The Store Manager will ultimately be responsible for leading the team, promote an open dialogue amongst the team, mentor the team to drive sales performance and communicate Earl of East's values and ethos. The successful candidate will be a skilled professional, able to grace this role with passion, attention to detail and joy.

As Store Manager and part of the retail team, you'll have to:

  • have had previous experience in retail
  • show interest and knowledge of products across categories
  • lead retail team to hit daily/ weekly/ monthly business objectives, maximise results and monitor performance
  • deliver our exceptional approach to customer service and operational excellence consistently
  • maintain and present the store
  • commit to outstanding customer service through your own exemplary and professional consultations with our diverse customer base
