a] Mid-weight Designer, London, UK
We are looking for a Mid-Weight Designer, to help take the brand to the next level.
You will be responsible for developing and executing creative campaigns across multiple channels, including packaging, merchandise, paid social assets, email marketing, and in-store POS. You’ll bring original ideas to the table and will be able to take an initial idea or strategy and develop it into a fully formed multi-channel campaign.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute creative concepts across digital and physical channels
-
Design assets for email, social media, POS, marketing campaigns, packaging and merchandise (e.g. T-shirts & caps)

Prepare packaging artwork for print, ensuring accuracy in cutter guides and incorporation of print finishes such as foiling, embossing and Spot UV.

Create video assets for paid and organic social

Contribute to and evolve the brand’s visual identity and creative direction

Collaborate closely with founders, marketing, retail, and production teams
-
Support planning and production of small-scale shoots (still and motion)
Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints -
Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines

Stay ahead of design trends and cultural shifts to keep the brand relevant
ABOUT YOU
-
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a graphic design role within a retail, lifestyle, or consumer brand
-
Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro)

Familiar with collaboration tools like Asana and Slack or similar

A strong portfolio that shows creative thinking across both print and digital

Experience creating artwork for print packaging e.g. boxes, labels, sleeves and stickers.

Excellent eye for detail and commercial design

Experience creating brand guidelines and executing them consistently

Strong project management, communication, and organisation skills

Understanding of or interest in the homeware, lifestyle, or beauty space is a plus

Comfortable contributing to creative strategy and ideation

b] Retail Assistant, London, UK
In this role, you will actively seek dialogues with Earl of East customers. You’ll ensure the highest level of service and display and interest and understanding of independent designers and the range of goods we carry and produce.
Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate retail assistant located at our Earl of East Kings Cross space. The successful applicant will be part of a team of energetic individuals who are collectively responsible for representing the Earl of East brand and its values and hit retails targets. This is a full-time position and typically you will be required to work weekends, but flexibility is key.
You will assist in keeping the store environment tidy and presentable.
You will welcome guests into the space and forge dialogues with confidence and knowledge to build customer relationships.
The successful candidate will be a skilled professional, able to grace this role with passion, attention to detail and joy.
As Retail Assistant, you'll have to:

c] Studio Assistant (Maker), London, UK - Full Time: 5 OR 4 Days a Week
As Studio Assistant (Maker) you’ll be part of the wider team of dedicated individuals across the business, who are collectively responsible for representing the Earl of East brand and its values. The Studio Assistant (maker) will be a natural team player working collaboratively with other Studio Assistants reporting into the Production Lead.
As Studio Assistant, you'll have to:
Make the entire Earl of East range in our London based studio.
Work alongside your Studio Manager, hitting milestones and KPIs
Coordinate between making different ranges at different stages & ensuring workflow and deadlines are met.
Carry out regular inventory checks and making sure stock levels are adequate.
Adhere to Health and Safety procedures, risk assessments and good manufacturing process (GMP) at all times.
Maintain studio in presentable conditions at all times.
Have excellent organisational, written and presentation skills and attention to detail.
Be vocal part of the studio team and update wider business in weekly meetings.
