In this role, you will work closely with the Earl of East production team. You’ll ensure the highest level of quality and attention to detail.

Purpose of the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join the production team in our London Fields studio. You will be hand producing Earl of East product and helping with our candle making workshops.

This is a full time role, requiring you to work some evenings and weekends. The chosen candidate will be working alongside a small team of people making EOE product to the highest standard, packed and shipped out to our wholesale stockists. You will ensure that the studio is kept clean, tidy and always looking presentable.

As Studio assistant, you’ll have to:  

- have excellent time management skills

- pay attention to detail and have a creative interest
- be a team player
- strong written & verbal communication skills
- hands-on, practical problem solving
- able to self-start and have good ownership of tasks within a team

b] Account Manager, London, UK | pt time / 40 hours
As account manager, you'll be part of the management team with focus on growing and managing own brand wholesale accounts.

Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Account Manager. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing and growing our wholesale business, This is a full-time position and typically you will be required to work Monday to Friday, but flexibility is key. 
The Account Manager will ultimately be supporting the senior team with own brand wholesale management, wholesale related finance tasks, custom projects & project management, grow stockist list, work on outreach, keep a constant relationship and dialogue with existing accounts, work closely with our production, marketing and retail team and drive wholesale performance. 

The successful candidate will be a skilled professional, able to grace this role with passion, attention to detail and joy.

As Account Manager, you'll have to:

- have previous experience in sales/ account and/ or project management
- show interest and knowledge of products across categories
- support team to hit daily/ weekly/ monthly business objectives, maximise results and monitor own performance 
- maintain a constant relationship with accounts
- work in a friendly, collaborative manner & communicate effectively
- have the confidence and willingness to sell products that require specialist knowledge
- use tools like Xero reports, B2B platform reports to create weekly reports, notes/ status to facilitate open flow communication across the team 
- develop the reputation and profile of the Earl of East brand with partners, helping facilitate relevant special events with them, that demonstrate Earl of East’s commitment to rewarding their accounts and their customers
- commercial acumen and ability to highlight ideas, opportunities and challenges
- support and manage relationships with production, marketing and retail team, suppliers & partners to the benefit of the business
- provide key elements of on-boarding process when needed for new team members
- manage your day-to-day independently to Earl of East standards
- strong written & verbal communication skills
