Absolutely, you can buy a store gift voucher as well as a workshop voucher. These can be bought both in store and online. All gift vouchers are valid for use for one year from the date of purchase. We unfortunately can’t extend the validity of the vouchers.

It’s our priority as a business to protect our customer’s personal information in store and online. All customer database is stored within UK regulated GDPR guidelines and used fairly, lawfully and transparently.
We aim to keep all products in stock as much as possible, however sometimes we have to wait for some items to be delivered. Keep up to date with our most recent products in stock through our newsletter.
At Earl of East we believe in working towards a sustainable future; our products and the way our team work are the focus point of that aim. We have joined the Ecologi community to help reduce our carbon footprint. Every purchase through our website will contribute to our online forest as Ecologi plants a real tree on our behalf.
All of our products are hand poured in our warehouse in London. We aim to reduce our carbon footprint by sourcing as much material from within the UK as possible. We produce with 100% eco-vegetable wax and use sustainable materials including glass vessels and are developing refill systems for our products.
To ship our orders we work with DPD who share our commitment in sustainable delivery with carbon neutral shipping. In the studio, our team has a recycling system to reuse and repurpose wholesale and storage boxes.

FAQs | Delivery & Returns
We request that items should be returned to us, unused and within the original packaging within 14 days of purchase and we will offer you an exchange, credit or a full refund. Please refer to our returns policy here for further details.
When the returned item/s have arrived with us, we’ll check the condition of the product and if approved we’ll action your refund. Please note it might take up to 7 days for the money to be transferred back to your account.
You should have received a confirmation email and a tracking number with your online order. Double check your spam folder and please check if your order's estimated arrival time sits within the delivery window of your opted shipping days. We do offer international shipping, please note international deliveries are a minimum of £25 up to roughly £50, depending on the weight and size of the item and / or destination. If there are any changes to the original price we’ll contact you directly. We select DAP (Deliver at Place) for international shipments, which means you should not receive a bill for customs clearance. We’re sorry about this! Returns must be notified to us in advance via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, with the explanation of the reason for the return along with your order number and photo evidence of the outside of the box, the inside packaging and the item itself within 48hrs of receiving your order, our standard Returns Policy is 14 days.
Please do not send goods without our prior knowledge. If bought in store, we require a receipt as proof of purchase and will not accept a return without a receipt.
