Christmas Returns Policy
If you place an order from 1st December 2025 onwards, you have until 8th January 2026 to return or exchange your purchase.
What returns / exchanges are eligible

This extended return window applies to orders placed from 1st December 2025 onwards.

As usual, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Returns or exchanges must be notified to us via email first - please contact support@earlofeast.com to start the process.

Once we’ve agreed the return, please send the item back to:

(Alternatively, if you’re near one of our shops, you can drop your return at the store, but final refund/credit will still be processed by our online team after inspection.)
What you’ll get

For valid returns: a full refund, exchange, or store credit, as per our standard return options.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items are always handled under our standard policy (within 14 days of receipt) regardless of purchase date.

The extended window is for returns or exchanges only. After 8th January 2026, our standard returns policy resumes (14-day return window from purchase date for change of mind).

Some items remain non-returnable or non-exchangeable, including: magazines; earrings; gift cards; custom or made-to-order items & furniture; pre-order items; food & deli items; skincare, beauty and perfumes (including brands we stock such as Maude).

Always return items in the original packaging (not using it as outer packaging for shipping) to ensure they are eligible.
