The ritual

1. Soak - Add a generous handful of Shinrin-Yoku Bath Salts to warm running water and allow them to dissolve before stepping into the bath.

2. Scent - Light the Shinrin-Yoku candle to create a warm, grounding atmosphere. On the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the full surface.

3. Settle - Shake the Nerumae Sleep Spray gently, then mist two to three times above the bed and allow it to settle onto the linens before lying down.

Shinrin-Yoku

Shinrin-Yoku is a grounding woody scent inspired by the Japanese practice of forest bathing. Cedarwood and black pepper sit at the heart of the fragrance, creating a warm, aromatic blend with dry woods, soft spice and a clean, meditative depth.

Nerumae

Meaning “before sleep” in Japanese, Nerumae is an aromatic blend created for the transition between the day and rest.

Lavender and geranium bring a soft floral character, mandarin adds gentle brightness and frankincense gives the blend a warm, resinous depth. Use it as the final step in an evening ritual and a sensory cue to slow down.

Shinrin-Yoku Bath Salts

Ingredients: Maris Sal (Jordanian Dead Sea Salt), Magnesium Sulphate (Epsom Salt), Juniperus Virginiana (Cedarwood Virginian) Oil, Piper Nigrum (Black Pepper) Oil, Juniperus Communis (Juniper Berry) Oil, Limonene.*

*Naturally occurring in essential oils.

Cautions: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and broken or irritated skin. If irritation develops, discontinue use. Take care when entering and leaving the bath, as oils may make surfaces slippery. Rinse the bath thoroughly after use.
Keep out of reach of children and pets. Store sealed in a cool, dry place.

Shinrin-Yoku Candle

Ingredients: Soy wax and a bespoke blend of fragrance and essential oils.

Cautions: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, draughts and flammable materials.
Place on a stable, level and heat-resistant surface. Do not move the candle while lit or while the wax is liquid. Never use water to extinguish the candle. Discontinue use when approximately 10mm of wax remains.

Nerumae Sleep Spray

Ingredients: Aqua (Water), Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Boswellia Carterii (Frankincense) Oil, Pelargonium Graveolens (Geranium) Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Citrus Reticulata (Mandarin) Oil, Linalool,* Limonene,* Geraniol,* Citronellol.*

*Naturally occurring in essential oils.

Cautions: For external use only. Avoid direct contact with eyes and skin. Do not ingest. Mist above the bed rather than spraying directly onto the face or body. Test on an inconspicuous area before using on delicate fabrics. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Store upright in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
