    Candle care

    On the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the full surface of the candle. This helps prevent tunnelling on future burns.

    Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each use and do not burn for longer than four hours at a time.

    Discontinue use when approximately 10mm of wax remains at the bottom of the vessel.

    Cautions: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, draughts and flammable materials. Place on a stable, level and heat-resistant surface. Do not move the candle while lit or while the wax is liquid. Keep the wax free from matches, wick trimmings and other debris. Never use water to extinguish the candle. Allow the vessel to cool completely before handling.

    UK delivery
    Free UK delivery is available on UK orders over £50. Standard UK delivery is £6.50 and usually arrives within 3–5 working days.

    EU delivery
    EU delivery is available at a £45 flat rate and sent with DHL. Where available, duties and taxes will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

    International delivery
    We ship worldwide with DHL. Shipping rates, duties and taxes are shown at checkout based on your delivery location.

    Order processing
    Orders placed after 12pm GMT will usually be processed the next working day. Orders placed over weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
