Description
Home For Now: Living Well Without Staying Long
An interiors and lifestyle book from Earl of East and Gestalten exploring rented homes around the world.
Home For Now looks at how to live meaningfully in spaces that are not entirely your own. In a world shaped by mobility, high rents and fading permanence, the book shows how a new generation creates a sense of home within borrowed walls, temporary spaces and lives lived between cities.
Through international case studies, essays and full-colour photography, Home For Now reveals how limits can inspire ingenuity. From rented apartments and shared homes to creative studios and compact spaces, it explores interiors that feel personal, layered and alive with ritual.
This is a book about adaptability, atmosphere and the art of making space feel like home, wherever you are and however long you stay.
