Our public candle making workshops are usually held at our Regent Street store in Quadrant Arcade, central London.

Our candle making workshops usually last around 60 minutes.

Please arrive on time so the workshop can begin promptly. We cannot wait for late arrivals. 

Our Regent Street workshop space has a guest capacity of 8 people for our open classes.

For larger groups, please enquire about a private workshop.

No. You’ll be guided through each step by the Earl of East team, from choosing your scent to pouring your candle.

We ask you to choose your candle name and scent during the booking process. This allows us to prepare your workshop station and custom label ahead of your session.

Our workshops are not designed for young children. We are happy to welcome children aged 12+ when accompanied by an adult who is also booked into the class.

Yes. We offer private candle making workshops for teams, celebrations, client events, brand activations and creative gatherings.

Private workshops can be hosted at our Regent Street workshop space or off-site at your own venue.

We are committed to making considered products and continually improving the way we work. Our products are made by our team in London wherever possible, and we aim to reduce waste through responsible production, recyclable materials, refill systems and reusing or repurposing packaging in our studio.

Please check your tracking details first. UK orders are sent with DPD, while EU and international orders are sent with DHL.

If your order is delayed, marked as delivered but has not arrived, or there appears to be an issue with the tracking, contact support@earlofeast.com with your order number and tracking information.

Please request any date changes at least 7 working days before your booked workshop.

If you are unable to attend, email support@earlofeast.com as soon as possible and we’ll let you know your options.

Workshop bookings are strictly non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, we will do our best to accommodate changes to your booking where possible, provided you contact us at least 7 working days before your booked slot.

Due to the limited number of spaces in each workshop, we cannot guarantee rescheduling without the required notice.

This also applies if you are unable to attend due to illness, transport issues, weather conditions, injury or other personal circumstances.

Please arrive on time for your workshop. We can usually accommodate late arrivals up to 10–15 minutes after the class start time, but after this point we may not be able to include you in the session.

Yes. If you can no longer attend, another person may attend in your place. Please make sure they have the booking details when they arrive.

Our workshop space can only accommodate booked guests. If someone is waiting for you, they are welcome to browse the store but they cannot join you at the session unless they have a ticket. 

We ask that no food is brought into the workshop. Candle making is a hands-on experience, and we want to keep the workspace clear and safe for everyone.

The cost of returning an item is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or was sent by us in error.

We recommend using a tracked or registered service and keeping proof of postage. Earl of East cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
